[Job Descriptions]

• Bookkeeping of the client’s transactions including proper filing of the monthly tax returns and supporting documents
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns including the required attachments such as alphalist etc. (1601E,1601C,1702Q,1702,2550M,2550Q, 1604CF,1604E etc.)
• Preparation and computation of monthly remittance to government agencies such as SSS, Philhealth, HDMF etc.
• Preparation of other government reports (SEC and PEZA reportorial requirements etc.)
• Ensure filing of the above-mentioned documents with government agencies
• Coordination and discussion with clients and government agencies

 

 

[Qualifications]

• Graduate of Accounting-related courses, preferably BS Accountancy
• At least 1 year of work experience in end-to-end processes of accounting from bookkeeping, payroll, government remittances, and tax compliances
• At least 1 year experience in a company specialized in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent
• Possesses good communication skills, professionalism and integrity
