国際情勢の不安定化によるサプライチェーンの混乱やコスト増大は、日本・ASEAN地域の企業にとって喫緊の経営課題です。このような不確実な時代を乗り越え、持続的な成長を続けるためには、各国での税務やインセンティブ制度を踏まえたサプライチェーンの再編が不可欠です。

国際機関日本アセアンセンターの後援のもと、本フォーラムでは、日本およびASEAN各国の法務・税務の専門家をお招きし、各国における税制や規制の最新動向を解説していただきます。本フォーラムが、複雑で変化の激しい事業環境を乗り越えるため、各国の政策動向、国際的な連携、持続的成長を促す戦略などに焦点を当て、課題解決に向けた具体的な道筋を探る一助となれば幸いです。

We are living in a period of unprecedented uncertainty and rapid change. In 2025, heightened global geopolitical tensions have captured the world’s attention, driving increased costs and causing disruptions across global supply chains—including in Japan and Southeast Asia. Businesses are now compelled to evaluate both the direct and indirect consequences of shifting tariff regimes, rising operational expenses, and evolving market conditions. Key questions arise: How can businesses manage escalating costs, and do they possess the necessary data to assess the impact? What strategies can sustain growth while restructuring supply chains and business models, and what significant tax policy reforms and regulatory changes are underway in Southeast Asia and Japan?
These critical issues will be addressed at the ASEAN-Japan International Tax and Investment Forum, to be held on 27 November 2025 at the ASEAN-Japan Centre.
The Forum will bring together government leaders, business leaders, lawyers, members of the academe, and tax professionals from across Japan and Southeast Asia to exchange insights on taxation, investment, and regional cooperation. Discussions will focus on practical solutions for businesses navigating a complex and evolving environment, with particular emphasis on policy developments, cross-border collaboration, and strategies for sustainable growth. We look forward to welcoming you to this important event and to your active participation in shaping the dialogue on ASEAN-Japan tax and investment cooperation.
